Reception is open 8.30am to 5pm daily – EXCEPT closed Christmas Day

Check In/Out: Check-in is 2.00pm and check-out is 10.00am unless prior arrangement has been made with Park Management.

Children are to be supervised at all times.

New Arrivals and Visitors: Please report at the office before entry to the Park. Guests are responsible for their visitor’s behaviour. Visitor’s vehicles are to be left outside the Park.

Messages: Phone and mail will be collected daily and kept at office. Patrons will be notified by the message board located on the outside of the office.

Sites are designed to accommodate one caravan or tent, an annexe and one vehicle. Additional vehicles are to be parked outside of the Caravan Park. Please keep your cabin or site clean and tidy.

Floors in annexes are not permitted on lawned sites.

Draw Bars must be facing the road at all times.

Laundry is available in the central amenities block. Temporary clotheslines are not permitted. Change for the washing machines and dryers are available from reception.

Quiet Time is for the enjoyment of all Park patrons, and is from 10.00pm until 7.00am and this includes the playground and amenities. Music and TV’s should not be audible to adjoining sites. Offensive behaviour (including excessive alcohol consumption) or rowdy parties will not be tolerated, and will result in the offenders being evicted from the Park. Please respect this condition of occupancy.

Rubbish should be wrapped and placed in the correct bins provided. Bottles and cans are to be placed in the bins marked “10c deposit cans and bottles”. The bins provided at the fish cleaning area are for fish waste only, NOT general rubbish.

Bicycles, Scooters and Skateboards are permitted with supervision, and not to be ridden after dusk or in communal areas. It is essential that safety equipment is worn at all times. No offroad bikes or motorised scooters (gophers excepted) are permitted within the Park.

Speed Limit: In the interest of safety, the speed limit throughout the Park is WALKING PACE ONLY, not exceeding 5km p/hour.

Fires are not permitted in the Park at any time.

Dogs are welcome on powered and unpowered sites, as well as selected cabin accommodation. Dogs must be kept on a 1.5 metre secure  leach at all times. Dog owners must take full responsibility for their pet and to ensure they do not disturb other guests when on the property. Please ensure that you clean up after your dog. Repeat Bookings are to be made PRIOR to departure and a deposit MUST be paid. Please ensure you make your booking otherwise you will miss out, and we’d love to have you visit us again!
